Order Minimums: Opening Order Minimum: $150. Reorder Minimum: $100.
Payment: We accept credit card payments via our POS system in Shopify or Faire. Payments are processed at the time of shipment.
Net Terms: We offer Net 30 terms at our discretion to accounts in good standing by request only.
Shipping: We ship from our studio in Eden, Vermont. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Domestic US orders are shipped via USPS or UPS ground. International orders are shipped via USPS unless a shipping account is provided. All duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Turn-Around Times: Please allow 2-3 weeks for your order to ship. If you need your order expedited, please let us know and we will do our best to accomodate your request.
Backorders: Backordered products will be noted at the time of order and/or shipment. All backordered items will ship free of charge as soon as they are available, unless otherwise specified.
Returns and Exchanges: All sales are final and cannot be exchanged once products have shipped. We accept exchanges for damaged products. Claims must be made via email () within 5 business days of receipt of shipment.
Packaging & Distribution: Products must be sold in original packaging. Products may not be repackaged or rebranded. Products can not be sold on any third party websites (Amazon or Etsy).
